Perfect, comfortable and uncomplicated service. Lombok Easy Driver contact me and give all the information I needed upon my arrival. They also sent me a video for more clarity. My flight had a 20 minute delay but the driver traced the flight and knew when I would land. After picking up my luggage, I found the driver at the exact meeting point he told me with my name. My hotel was 1:20 h away from the airport. The driver was very friendly and polite. The next day I got a short message with all the sights and recommendations for Lombok. I highly recommend booking a cab from Lombok Easy Driver when coming to Lombok.

Amazing service from Kresna and team. Smooth sailing pick up and drop off from Lombok Airport >< Teluk Nare. Drivers were on time ahead of us. Waited with display card of my name. Provided us with easy directional video to guide us to section of the airport the driver would pick us up. Both the drivers were warm and friendly. Cars were clean and drove well. Felt safe. Kresna also introduced many local eateries and spoke about many places in Lombok while we were in the car for 1.5 hours. He was also kind to stop 3x for us to grab some roadside food and drinks. Excellent service! Experienced driver who picked us up at the airport to drive to the north of Lombok. We forgot one bag in the car and discovered this around midnight. When I reached out to the driver he immediately responded and offered to deliver it at the hotel. Before we woke up the next morning he had already dropped it at the hotel. Super nice !

This is an excellent service for your travels in Lombok. I booked a pickup taxi from Lombok airport to Tetebatu, which was a long ride, and was so surprised by the price, pacience and quality that I used Lombok easy driver for many more drives between hotels all over Lombok.Best shuttle/taxi service in Lombok and also really helpful with many other questions.
